An Earthship is a kind of passive solar home -- or community of homes -- typically made of natural and recycled materials such as old tires and recycled cans. Such homes make use of non-polluting renewable energy sources and smart design to meet most if not all heating, cooling and power needs. The term Earthship, coined by self-proclaimed "biotect" Mike Reynolds, is derived from the homes being in and of the Earth -- that is, constructed responsibly out of earthen materials and built into the ground. Juridische aspecten van/rondom BIM

Volgens mij zouden de verhoudingen tussen partijen die (samen-)werken in BIM maar zo eens onder druk kunnen komen te staan. Juridische kaders zullen duidelijk moeten zijn 'goede' (=zakelijke) vrienden te blijven.
Geen thema voor mij om diepe studies van te maken, maar iemand vroeg onlangs hierover. Hieronder zal ik de komende tijd het e.e.a. verzamelen/linken.
Aspecten waar aan gedacht kan worden zijn:
* welk software gebruik, welk platvorm
* hoe worden modellen samengevoegd
* frequentie van samenvoegingen (periodiek samenvoegen of integraal samenwerken)
* wie is aansprakelijkheid voor fouten in (big-) BIM
* clashdetectie en coördinatie
* revisiebeheer
* op wiens kosten (-verdeling)
